CA-Case Management-07
Models of the Relationship of Service Needs and
Vulnerabilities to Case Management History
Models were developed to explain the
relationship of whether the client received case management at all, the
number of days of case management, and the percentage of days in which
case management was received to a set of service needs and
vulnerabilities (see Knowledge Item CA-Initiative Impact-07). Groups are
identified that receive relatively more case management during their
service episodes. Such individuals include those without stable housing
and those with active substance abuse patterns.
Case management
resources are used most with individuals who are more disenfranchised
and less connected to the services system.
