Empirical Models of Program Success, Knowledge, and Importance
Using data from 69 key stakeholders
at three University-based Comprehensive Healthcare programs,
perceptions of service
quality were related to ratings of the respondent's knowledge of the
service program, the importance of various elements in the service
continuum, and several indicators of stakeholder characteristics.
Perceptions of program success are
related to stakeholder attributes; however, they are not related to
whether or not the stakeholder is an employee of the project.
Average Ratings
of Program Quality on a Scale from 1-to-10
