PROTOTYPES Women's Services and Resource Center gives women at risk for substance abuse and HIV access to needed social and medical services. The Center provides outreach and treatment readiness services and provides links to, and supports for, substance abuse, mental health, and healthcare resources. PWSRC has been serving clients since 1990.
