must be ongoing between all staff, staff and Federal government
representatives, staff and patients.

training must be ongoing - on many levels.

training, rural staff do not feel part of central system.

must be flexible to adapt to Federal government requirements
and patient needs.

project didn't go with the flow, they would have run into patient
issues and Federal funding issues.

are why we are there.

always listen to patients and work together.
