1. Lesson Learned: Action research requires significant upfront planning and careful implementation.

How related to achievements: The study outcomes would not have been possible with the time invested in research design upfront.

 

2. Lesson Learned: Inter-disciplinary team work requires collaborative-integrated training models.

How related to achievements: Collaborative, interactive training was key to implementing the transprofessional model.

 

3. Lesson Learned: Research activities require careful planning of data methods.

How related to achievements: Data gathered by project permitted us to investigate the model freely and to design the key elements that made it successful.
