MICHIGAN PROTECTION AND ADVOCACY SERVICE [MPAS]

A Cooperative Agreement Program funded by the HIV/AIDS Bureau of the Health Resources and Services Administration as a Special Project of National Significance

The MPAS project trained community advocates throughout the state on HIV/AIDS issues to improve service delivery systems with an emphasis placed on the legal rights of individuals with HIV/AIDS. The funding period for this project was from October 1994 to September 1996 and is no longer active.
