27 HIV Innovative Models of Care: Progress During the Second Year
The following poster was for HRSA/HAB's SPNS Cooperative Agreement Poster Session on 27 Innovative Models of HIV/AIDS Care held in Washington, D.C. on September 18, 1997. This poster summarizes the achievements of the Cooperative Agreement Steering Committee during its second year.

Indiana Community AIDS Action Network (ICAAN)
The following poster was presented at HRSA/HAB's SPNS Cooperative Agreement Poster Session on 27 Innovative Models of HIV/AIDS Care held in Washington, D.C. on September 18, 1997. The poster is a summary of the services provided by the Indiana Community AIDS Action Network (ICAAN) HIV Advocacy Program. ICAAN's HIV Advocacy Program was designed to reduce discriminatory barriers, which prevent people with HIV from receiving a full range of health and human services.

Michigan Protection and Advocacy Service (MPAS)
The following poster was presented at HRSA/HAB's SPNS Cooperative Agreement Poster Session on 27 Innovative Models of HIV/AIDS Care held in Washington, D.C. on September 18, 1997. The poster is an overview of the services provided by the Michigan Protection and Advocacy Service Program (MPAS). Through its HIV/AIDS Advocacy Program, MPAS provides educational material and advocates for the legal rights and issues of people living with HIV in the state of Michigan.

Comprehensive Healthcare Workgroup: Qualitative Evaluation Report
The following poster was presented at HRSA/HAB's SPNS Cooperative Agreement Poster Session on 27 Models of HIV/AIDS Care held in Washington DC on September 18, 1997. The poster is based on a report developed by HRSA/HAB's SPNS Cooperative Agreement Comprehensive Healthcare Work Group and The Measurement Group to educate people about their projects, their experiences, and the lessons learned in the initial years of the programs. The three Comprehensive Healthcare Projects are: The University of Nevada School of Medicine, The University of Vermont & State Agricultural College and Washington University School of Medicine.

Cross-Cutting Evaluation Data
The following poster was presented at HRSA/HAB's SPNS Cooperative Agreement Poster Session on 27 Models of HIV/AIDS Care held in Washington DC on September 18, 1997. This poster contains data on participants in "client services" programs and data on trainings, trainees, and trainers.
