Summary
Report of the SPNS Cooperative Agreement Evaluation Conference
This report summarizes the results of the evaluation conference. The
purpose of the conference was to bring the SPNS projects together to
discuss the evaluation components of their projects and to learn, from
each other and from EDC technical consultants brought to the conference:
(1) how to deal with difficult evaluation issues that arise during the
course of projects involving provision of services to HIV individuals; and
(2) what methods/approaches might facilitate dealing with these issues for
both the national and local evaluations of the projects.
