Welcome to SPNS/Fax: An Electronic Report from HRSA/HAB's SPNS Cooperative Agreements. In each issue of SPNS/Fax, we will highlight findings from the HRSA Special Projects of National Significance Program Cooperative Agreements. The projects have been funded to develop innovative models of HIV/AIDS care. SPNS/Fax reports are distributed every two weeks by fax machine to all subscribers. All issues of SPNS/Fax are also available at this Web site. Due to slight differences in the media, issues distributed by fax machine may appear slightly different from those posted on this Web site, but the content is identical.

New Information on the World Wide Web about HRSA/HAB's SPNS Cooperative Agreements’ Models of HIV/AIDS Care

A number of new documents about the activities of the Cooperative Agreement Projects have been placed on the web site of The Measurement Group at www.TheMeasurementGroup.com. Among some of the new documents available on the web site are the following.

  • A report, an executive summary, and a multimedia presentation summarize the full Comprehensive Healthcare Work Group Qualitative Evaluation Report, which details the efforts of the Comprehensive Healthcare projects, their experiences, and the lessons they learned in providing a continuum of services to HIV/AIDS populations. New Information on the World Wide Web about HRSA/HAB's SPNS Adolescent Care Projects

  • A multimedia presentation describes a poster that was developed by the 10 adolescent care projects and presented at the 1997 Annual Meeting of the Research Society on Alcoholism. Click here to view the presentation.
