Key Informant Interview for the
Comprehensive Healthcare Work Group
This semi-structured interview was developed for data collection by the Comprehensive
Healthcare Work Group. The purpose of the interview is to elicit feedback from
stakeholders in each of three comprehensive healthcare service delivery programs for
persons living with HIV/AIDS. The interview is designed to obtain information about the
progress of these projects in areas such as patient recruitment and retention,
accessibility, quality of care, education and training, consumer involvement, development
of service networks, and information dissemination. The instrument yields quantitative as
well as qualitative data and may be administered on the telephone or face-to-face.
Permission is granted for non-commercial use so long as form is not
altered, the copyright is not removed, and a proper citation is made to
the instrument. Non-commercial use is use by a not-for-profit organization
