| Main Purpose |
The purpose of this module is to assess
satisfaction with services. |
| Description |
- Codes major aspects of satisfaction or dissatisfaction with services.
- Overall ratings of satisfaction with services, perception of service providers,
importance rankings for service issues, perceived barriers, likelihood of future use, and
positive recommendations to family and peers.
- Codes general issues for all populations.
- Codes special issues relevant to youth, older adults, ethnic/cultural minorities, and
women.

- Measuring change and outcome for client-focused projects.

- The module represents the core group of items for the client satisfaction instrument.
Additional satisfaction items can be customized for individual projects in collaboration
with TMG.
