Sexual Behaviors Form: Final Draft of April 1, 1996


 
Main Purpose The purpose of this module is to assess an individual’s sexual behaviors.
Description
  • Codes current sexual practices including those of the partner.
  • Queries include number of current partners, total number of sexual partners in past years, sexual partners of both sexes who were injection drug users, sex with male and female partners with and without latex protections, and types of sexual practices.

  • Projects treating individual clients or patients.
  • Projects assessing sexual behaviors and changes in sexual behaviors.

  • Measuring change and outcome for client-focused projects.
  • Measure of program efficacy if focus is on changing behavior.
  • Assessment for education needs.
