| Main Purpose |
The purpose of this module is to record family composition, family
problems, and family strengths. |
| Description |
- This short form applies to both "traditional" and "non-traditional"
family structures.
- Codes current and past family members.
- Codes major aspects of family functioning, including cohesiveness, support, and
stability.
- Also includes history of children, partners, siblings, parents, and extended family, and
ratings of current family problems and strengths.

- Projects treating individual clients or patients.
- Projects looking at family context as a correlate of treatment outcome.
- Projects interested in family context as a factor in service delivery.

- Measuring family context as a correlate.
