| Main Purpose |
The purpose of this module is to code discharge from the
SPNS-funded program along with a reason for the discharge. |
| Description |
- Each module is a short one-page form.
- Module 68 codes reasons for leaving treatment program, including discharge and
completion.
- Module 68A codes legal reasons for leaving a program, including referred out, litigation
results, legal resolution, etc.

- Module 68 is appropriate for projects providing legal advocacy services.
|
| Major Evaluation Function |
- Establish discharge date for legal advocacy programs.
- Reason for discharge will be both an outcome variable and a predictor of possible future
outcomes.
