A Module Used in The Measurement Group's Cross-Cutting Evaluation of the HRSA HIV/AIDS Bureau's Special Projects of National Significance on Innovative Models of HIV/AIDS Care

Purpose

• Standard measure of the presence and importance of sources for social support.

Content Domain - Ratings of support from partner, children, parents, other family, HIV-infected individuals, church, employer, male friends, female friends, etc.

Operational Data Items - Site, Sub-Provider, Date, Staff Code, ID Letters/ID Estimate of number of close friends and close relatives, ratings about the availability of certain types of support.
